Radiation Therapy is a multi-step process.  Each step involved in the planning and delivery of your treatment is described in detail in the following slides. It is important for you to know that Radiotherapy is a team approach. Multiple professionals are thus involved in your care.  Some of these team members you will meet (the Radiation Oncologist, Nurse, Therapist etc.) while others will be working behind the scenes (Medical Physicist, Dosimetrist, etc.). Together, these professionals ensure that you receive the best and safest treatment possible.
